Our sales policy is designed for your satisfaction. The key is to call us immediately when a problem arises and we'll quickly find a solution!

We will accept returns for any reason within 15 days of product receipt. Please contact us for a return authorization number and return instructions.

We will issue you a refund as follows -

1. Refund of purchase price and shipping if product is defective plus a $4 store credit.

2. Refund of purchase price only if you change your mind for any reason. You pay all shipping. Product must be returned in resaleable condition.

Our products are carefully crafted and securely packaged - however, problems may arise. If you receive a product damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to repair the piece to its original condition; however, we make one-of-a-kind jewelry which means "replacement" parts may not be available.

If a New Life Jewelry Art design should fail within 30 days of ownership due to defect, we'll do our best to repair the piece (see above).

Should you damage your New Life Jewelry Art piece, we'll do what we can to repair/replace the design at a nominal fee. Call us for specifics.
