I try to make my photographs and descriptions as accurate and true to the item represented as possible. If you still have questions or special requests regarding an item, please contact me in advance of purchase so that I can address them.

You will notice that some of the items in my shop are marked as 'Made to Order'. This means that the item pictured is representative of what you will be receiving, but is not the exact item. Please allow for slight variations. The time before shipping one of these items is usually 4-7 days.

All other items will be shipped within 3 business days of cleared payment.

I accept PayPal, checks and money orders. Items will be shipped when payment clears.

Unless agreed upon in advance, all custom orders will be a billed a 50% non-refundable deposit prior to creating your item, with the final 50% due upon completion and approval of buyer, prior to shipment.

I ship USPS -very securely and in a well-padded envelope-immediately upon receipt of cleared payment unless otherwise requested. Insurance and/or delivery confirmation is not included but is recommended as I can not be responsible for lost or damaged items. If you would like to upgrade your shipping, please let me know in advance of payment so pricing can be adjusted accordingly.

Items will be shipped to your PayPal address. If there has been a change in your address, please notify me immediately upon purchase so that I can make proper shipping arrangements.

If you ordering from outside the United States where customs or VAT charges are made, you will be responsible for any fees incurred.

I guarantee my work 100%. If you receive your item and don’t love it as much as I do, please contact me within 15 days of purchase date to make arrangements for return - less shipping fees - or exchange at your discretion. For custom orders, refunds less the 50% deposit will be issued.
