Items are made to your exact measurements unless otherwise noted. Returns on pre-made items which are listed in the studio ARE accepted. You will be responsible for all shipping costs to return items and for re-shipment of replacements. Again...PLEASE MEASURE do not guess. This saves both of us a lot of trouble ;)

Shipping USPS first class mail to keep prices low for my customers. Shipping prices are included on all collars, hats and bellybands.

Priority Mail is available for rush orders and costs a little bit more. ASK BEFORE ORDERING. Most of my items will fit into the Flat Rate envelopes and cost $4.95.
I try to keep shipping/handling charges as close to actual as possible, taking into account packing materials and other necessities to get your item to you expeditiously. I will refund overages of more that $1.

If you would like to add tracking or insurance to your International order, PLEASE TELL ME so I can add the cost into your listing. I am NOT responsible for items lost and there is NO tracking on International first class mail unless you pay extra for it. Global Priority is available but it is expensive! (+$15)
I ship most items within TWO DAYS of ordering, many times sooner. You will be notified if your order will be delayed.

Be a good pet parent and check collars and vests regularly for signs of wear and replace accordingly. My products are designed with your pets utmost comfort and safety in mind but they are NOT indestructible!
