Some of my new store policies are that I will do returns on the crochet rugs, fabric bowls, crochet baskets and the smaller quilts. You have 7 days on returns and you must pay for shipping and handling on returned items, the return will be as money back on these items, I do wish to hear about why the item is being returned so email me first and explain the reason for the return.
I do not do returns on the cloth dolls, larger quilts or stuffed animals.
Some of the large dolls will have a 60 day warranty on them that consists of arm and leg replacement and these dolls will have an * in the description of the doll indicating the warranty, these doll will have prepaid shipping in case of the return for repair and the cost will be slightly higher than some of my other dolls. There also will contain instructions about the warranty and how to use it once the doll is sold and sent out.
I ship all my hand made craft items through priority mail in the United states and I like to add tracking to make sure items arrive in a timely manner. I will ship out of the United States but I would first like to be contacted and together find the best shipping for you.
