Insurance is optional but highly recommended. Please note that I will not be responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during shipping without insurance.

If you are not satisfied with your beads or jewelry for any reason, please convo me within 3 calendar days of receipt. Let's work together to resolve your concerns. Should you wish a refund on a regular listing, your purchase amount less any shipping charges or paypal fee's incurred will be refunded upon return of merchandise.
