PAYMENTS
I accept paypal, personal checks, and money orders.
Please note that if paying with check or money order I will only ship once check/MO is received.
Also, if paying with money order, I will only accept money orders issued by: bank, post office, or western union.

SHIPPING
Ship to North America (and Canada) only. Can make international shipment if buyer contacts me. All products will be shipped via USPS ground.

RETURN/REFUND
If unsatisfied with the product, I will exchange the product, no refunds. Please contact me @ k.shinn@att.net, please describe in detail as to the reason for requested exchange.

Please note that even though all of Honey Beads beads have been properly kiln annealed they are still made of glass and should be treated as such. Please do not drop with force or slam these beads down for risk of breaking them.
