I accept paypal, money orders and checks. Michigan buyers without a sales tax resale license must pony up an additional 6%, sorry. I need to receive snail mail payments within 10 days of concluding a sale, and your check must clear before I ship. If you're not paying via paypal, I recommend your contacting me before purchase.

I ship via the post office M-F, because that's what's available by me. My international shipping fees are a best guess, especially as these rates have been skyrocketing. I ship all my beads and artwork in rigid boxes for extra security.
Satisfaction guaranteed. I want you to be happy. If you don't like something, send it back within 14 days and I'll refund your money.

Damage during shipping: this has never been a problem during shipping, but if you receive something broken, please contact me to arrange for its return/replacement/refund.

Strung pieces are warrantied against breakage with normal wear for 1 year. I make all my lampwork beads (and in fact you find out more about my working methods on my website, rejiquar.com).

Custom orders: I enjoy the challenge, and people who've received custom orders have always assured me they really like them, but because I want the stuff to be right, I tend to be very slow the first time out, making samples, sending working photographs, etc. Once I've established a working relationship with you, I can turn orders, even large ones (100 pieces) in a timely manner. Large custom orders are not refundable; please plan on samples.
