Payment
I currently take PAYPAL ONLY. (No exceptions.)
Payment should be received within 3 days after purchase, if not the order will be canceled.
If payment is delayed because of reasons beyond your control please let me know.

Extra fees you have might have to pay due to your country's customs policies are at your own expense.

Shipping
I ship worldwide and the items will be shipped within 3 business days of payment. Please allow 10-14 business days for arrival.

I do my best to make sure your order arrives safely! Your beads will be carefully packaged in a homemade origami box made from recycled envelopes and shipped in a padded envelope using priority (unregistered) mail.

If you would like me to ship by registered mail please contact me and I will send you a corrected invoice.

I am not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges
I really enjoy making my beads and therefore I hope you to be happy with them.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact me via convo or e-mail mail@mariekuniek.com within 7 days of receipt of merchandise, so we can try to work out the problem.

If the problem is unsolvable, you can return the beads within two weeks and receive a refund of your money less shipping once I have received it in it's original condition.

A special note about glass:

Glass breaks ;)

All my beads have been properly annealed in a digitally controlled kiln and should last a lifetime. However, a trip into the sink or onto the tile floor in the bathroom will likely yield a sad fate. For this reason, please be careful with them.
