Payment:

I prefer PayPal, but also accept money orders. If you plan to pay via money order, please email me and let me know! I do send reminder emails, but if I haven't heard from you or received payment in 2 days, the transaction will be canceled and the item relisted.

Shipping:

I ship via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation for US orders. International orders are shipped using USPS International First Class.

Orders are mailed the next business day after payment is received. Should anything (weather or other emergency) prevent this, I will email you to let you know.

Refunds and Exchanges:

I try to use photos that represent accurate colors, but please be aware that every monitor is different. If an item is not as described in the listing or the color is radically different from what you expected, I will be happy to do an exchange or return (less shipping).

Yarn must be returned in the original skein, and finished items must be in original, unused condition. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns.
