~*~Payment~*~
Please be aware that I will not alter (as in, add a chain to, adjust, resize, etc.) or ship any items until payment is received in full. (This rule is only negotiable with more expensive commissions, in which case payment plans are possible.)
PayPal is by far my preference, though I can be convinced of a money order only if it is in US funds. As always, if there are questions, start a conversation.
If payment is not received in exactly one week of the item/s being bought, then I will cancel the sale and leave bad feedback. I WILL remind anyone who has not paid within 24 hours that they still need to finish their orders through PayPal, because I know we can all be forgetful. (Negative feedback can always be remedied later if there was an honest incident that prevented payment, as I'm quite willing to work a situation out. However, I am a working artist and will not tolerate laziness or jerk-like behavior.)
~*~Shipping~*~
Thus far, the regular old United States Postal Service has tended to get things to where they need to go quickly and cheaply. I have no intention of using anything else unless requested.
Please be aware that shipping costs are for covering all shipping and handling costs. This helps to cover the expenses that come from gas for the car to get things to the post office, the actual envelope/box and packing supplies, the stationary for the hand-written thank you note, and also the photo paper and printer ink that I print my business cards with. Everything is wrapped with as much care as it has been created with so the item you've purchased will make it to you safely. ~*~Refunds and Exchanges~*~
It is my policy that it something breaks and you can't fix it, you can send it back to me for repairs. If entire "parts"/large sections are missing, I'm afraid I may have to charge for that.
~*~Additional Policies~*~
I'm always open to trying something new. I accept commissions and requests (when I have time).
If you like the look of something, but you want just a slight change, chances are that it won't be a problem. Just obviously ask questions before you buy the item. In a lot of cases I can duplicate something that I've already sold, as well. Materia jewelry and Triforce pendants are restocked when I can manage to get them done.
