I ship within two business days of your payment clearing on all items that are not custom made.

If you purchase an item that is made to order such as the rings it will generally ship withing a week to 10 days.

I ship first class mail with delivery confirmation in the US and I will insure any package with a value over $50 to both the US and internationally at no extra cost to you.

I am always happy to design a custom piece for you, whether you provide the stones or I do. This type of custom piece requires half down and the other half when the item is finished. The first half is not refundable as this covers my time in designing the piece, materials etc.

If an item arrives damaged in any way please contact me immediately. I will be happy to fix or refund your piece once the original is returned to me. If at all possible I will re make the piece but many of my pieces are one of a kind so if I am unable to replace it I will give a full refund if it is not fixable.

PLEASE make sure that you look at the pictures that indicate the size of the pieces or in the case of the necklaces and bracelets the line that indicates how long it is. Many of these I can adjust by an inch or so if necessary.
A note on color. Monitors vary in how they display color. I have represented the color of my pieces as accurately as possible on my monitor but it may look slightly different on yours. If you have any questions regarding color please contact me and I will do my best to help.
