Shipping: All shipping is sent out by USPS First Class Mail, in a bubble mailer. If you purchase multiple items from us and your US shipping total comes to over $5 we will automatically upgrade to Priority Mail. If you are in need of a faster shipping method, please ask and we will quote you a price. If your total for international shipping is more than $13 then we will automatically upgrade to global priority.

International Buyers: Buyers are responsible for all customs, dues, duties, VAT or any other speiail fees due once it reaches your country. Please check with your country to determine what you rates are, we have no way of knowing each countries import fees. Items will be shipped from the US. We strive to keep your shipping costs down, but please understand the shipping includes the packaging materials too. If we have over charged in shipping by more than $1 we will reimburse you the extra costs. Just keep in mind that we it usually costs us more to ship than we collect.

Customization: We can customize most items to fit your needs, please ask if you would like a different color, or would like to change a design. We will let you know of and time delays that there may be due to getting product in.

Taxes: We do collect TX state sales tax for all state residents. If you live in TX please await an adjusted invoice to include the sales tax. If you pay prior to this invoice, we will send you an additional invoice for the tax on your order prior to shipping.

Wholesale: We do offer wholesale as well. If you would like to carry our products in your shop, please send us a message at birdy {at} birdysknits.com and we can send you a catalog with wholesale prices.
