Payment is requested within three (3) days of purchase. PayPal is preferred. If you are paying by personal check, please notify me. Shipping will be as soon as the check clears my bank.

Colorado residents will need to pay sales tax on their purchase and should wait for a revised invoice.

Beads will be shipped with delivery confirmation within two (2) days of receiving payment in a bubble mailer ~ $2.75. Any sculptural items will be mailed in a priority box ~ $4.80 in the U.S. International buyers please contact me for shipping.

I do suggest insurance, and that is your option. Please contact me for a revised invoice to add insurance. I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping.

If for some reason you are unhappy or my beads do not meet your expectations, please let me know within three (3) days of receipt of merchandise. Please email at leslie@crazywomanglass.com. I will do my best to resolve the matter or refund your money, excuding shipping.
