*All my products are high quality, made by MY hands, and are created in a smoke-free environment. If youre interested in a custom order just ask :) Im very friendly and am always excited to get new projects based on your creative input!
*As a self-professed “tree hugger”, I care deeply about preserving the earth’s depleting resources and fragile eco-system. As a paper artist, I have to do some extra digging to ensure that the materials I use and the suppliers I support are as “green” as possible. Rest assured that the suppliers I support adhere to strict cruelty-free, environmental and socioeconomic standards. No scrap of paper is ever wasted in the She’s Batty Designs studio! Even the tiniest of scraps get used! Whether they end up as a tiny paper snowflake or as the base of my next batch of handmade paper, nothing ever goes to waste. I want my customers to know that even the most obsessed paper artist can be green ☺

Payment

* I am currently accepting payments via Paypal or Credit Cards only. Please note that Paypal payments are made in US Dollars. So that means there will be some currency conversations going on.
* If you would like to pay for your order using your Credit Card, during check out, you still need to click on “PAYPAL” as your method of payment, which will then take you to the credit card information page. You will not need to sign up for a Paypal account to use your credit card.
*I will always wait until your payment has been cleared and paid in full before I ship your order.
*All orders need to be paid for within 7 days of purchase unless specific arrangements have been made. If I haven’t received payment after 7 days, I will cancel your order (no hard feelings, no questions asked), and the items in your order will go back up for sale in my shop. I usually send a reminder after 5 days if payment hasn’t been received to give you a chance to complete your order before it is canceled.

Shipping

*After receiving payment I ship orders within 24 hours or less. The only exception to my 24 hour turnaround time is on holidays (when the post office is close) and for large custom orders.
*I ship using Canada Post First Class Mail for all my orders. If you require your items fast than regular letter mail, please let me know I can adjust the shipping costs.
*DELIVERY TIME:
Within Canada: Usually takes 5 to 10 business days
To the US: Can take 5 to 15 business days but usually arrives in one week.
International Orders: Can take 2-4 weeks.
*Since I use letter mail your order does not have a tracking number. If you would like me to ship using Registered Mail your shipping costs will be adjusted accordingly. There is a $7.25 charge ON TOP of your regular shipping fees to send Registered Mail within Canada, or a $12 charge to send Registered Mail to the USA.
*When buying multiple items I combined shipping to save you money! You pay full shipping price for your first item and a discounted price for every item after that! All items will be shipped together. I often offer shipping deals like Twoonie Shipping. Check my shop announcement to see if any shipping deals are currently running.
* If you have multiple addresses registered with Paypal please advise me as to which address to send your items by contacting me via email (shesbattydesigns@hotmail.com) or sending me a conversation on Etsy.

I want to make sure every customer is satisfied with his or her purchase so each return is handled on a case-by-case basis.
