Leather item returns are for defective items only. You must contact us within 7 days if your item has a problem. Hairlacers cannot be returned due to health and hygiene issues.

We pack our items very carefully for shipping, but if you're concerned about an item not arriving safely, please add insurance the item during shipping.

Any item over $70.00 requires insurance just to be safe.
