My shipping policies are based on actual costs. I require insurance with notification of delivery. I use flat rate shipping when possible and items are well protected for shipping. I normally ship within 3 business days of receiving an order.

Custom items require interactive communication in order to assure satisfaction. Custom orders require a deposit of 35% (non-refundable). If a rejected custom item is subsequently sold the deposit may be retunrned.
