Welcome to my family's Art shop here on Art Fire!
My name is Liron and I'm running this shop and take care for maintaining it and payments, shipping etc.
Hanni (my mother), Eti and Liat together with me creates all those great art works that you can see on our shop.

We accept payments through paypal service.
please make sure that payment address is accurate and same as your ArtFire account address!
Also you can pay with money order or western union transfer service.

we will send the items as soon as possible after the payment.
items usually sent with Registered mail (airmail) service of Israeli post.
shipment can take up to max of 21 days
usually it will take a week with an airmail and 5 days with EMS.
if you wish to receive your package with EMS please contact us and we will send you a payment form through paypal to your email address.
shipping price are as follow:
Base item shipping: 2.95 $ (US)
extra item to the shipment: 0.95 (0.30) $
special EMS (up to 500g): 17.25 $
special EMS (500g up to 1 kg): 21 $
Extra EMS fee for additional 1kg or part of it above first 1kg: 7.90 $
For example, while sending with EMS: 300g = 17.25 $ / 1.001kg = 28.9 $ / 750g = 21 $ .
we will calculate the weight of the package and send you the payment form (for ems shipping only!) through paypal to your email address.
note that not all countries have the option of EMS express delivery, if that is your case we will let you know.
If you will decide to take EMS service we will refund your paypal account for the original Airmail fee set here on Etsy accordingly (only after full payment!).
note: 500g = 1.10lb
1kg = 2.205lb
Shipment update: when you order from 60$ or above you'll receive free registered airmail shipping! (if needed you'll be refunded shipping fee through paypal).

We try to pack everything as safe as we can to make sure no harm will come to the shipment.
If you wish to return the Item you've purchase you can send it back up to 14 after the date of purchase, you will be refunded with original price (no refunds for shipment fee!).
for a refund Item must be closed and sent back same as we've sent it to you, there will be no refund if the item was damaged when you've sent it back so make sure you pack it well.
all refunds a through paypal to the original client paypal account who paid for the item.
