*Items are shipped the next day once payment is received, USPS, First Class / Priority Mail. Any over paid postage will be returned and any under-paid postage willl be absorb by New Day Crochet.

*Returns are accepted once a request is made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Items must be returned in original condition. All monies, minus shipping will be returned once item is returned.
