Studio Policies for CTDesigns
***Shipping Policy***
Most orders will ship the next business day, but no later than 3 business days, after your payment is received.
For orders of 1 or 2 bars of soap, I ship USPS First Class. For orders of 3 or more bars, I ship USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $5.00. Any shipping charges above that amount will be refunded.
Shipping cost includes delivery confirmation. I will replace packages that were not delivered by the Post Office, but I will not replace packages that were confirmed as delivered.
***Return Policy***
Due to the nature of the products, I cannot accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve it to your satisfaction.
