We are required by law to charge 7.5% sales tax if you live in Illinois. We accept Paypal only.

Shipping
We are experts at cramming as much as we can into one package. Sometimes we take a loss on shipping if it means packaging your order just right, e.g.: waterproof. Often the shipping rate is close to the actual amount that the post office charges. But if the shipping you are charged is outrageously over the actual amount, we WILL give you a rebate through Paypal--at the seller's discretion. That's why on another well-known auction site, we are legendary for being honest and fair powersellers with many happy, repeat customers. Remember, we cannot bribe that many people to say that many nice things about us, so we must be doing something right!

Refunds and Exchanges
Seller is not responsible for items lost, damaged or delayed in the mail. If you paid for insurance, we will direct you to the form that allows you to file a claim. No refunds or exchanges. All sales final. But darlin, if WE send you the wrong item or the incorrect amount or wrote an incorrect listing or mess up your order--in short, if WE messed up, we WILL make it right with you. If you misread the listing, you have our sympathy, but not a refund.
