PAYMENT
I accept payment with PayPal and credit card. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card: simply click next to the PayPal and credit card symbols during checkout. You will be given the option to pay by credit card without a PayPal account.
For great step-by-step instructions on how to pay by credit card or PayPal, please copy and paste this link into your web browser:

Payment is expected upon order. Your order will not be shipped until I receive payment. If I do not receive a payment within 3 days after your order is received I will attempt to contact you. If no payment is received within 10 days, I will cancel your order and re-list the item.
I do have a valid business license in the state of California, and am a dutiful tax payer. So if you're buying from California, expect to be charged sales tax.

SHIPPING
I ship first-class from the United State Postal Service. Most jewelry will come on one of my handmade cards, which is then slipped in a ziplock bag. Unless the jewelry is bulky, I will ship it in a bubble envelope. Other items are shipped in a cardboard box with bubble wrap via priority mail. If desired, I can gift box items.

REFUNDS and EXCHANGES
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will do what I can to make things right. Because I will handle these on a case by case basis, general return policies are not listed.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Any items needing special care, such as quilling, will be included in shipping. If you have questions about a product you've purchased, please feel free to ask.

The pottery seen in my photographs was made by Andrew DeWitt, and you can find more of his work at http://www.andrewdewitt.com.
