Payment:

I accept PayPal & Credit card payments via PayPal, (PayPal registration not required)
Money Orders and Personal checks.
(checks subject to hold until cleared)
If you are sending your payment in by mail, please let us know so that we may watch for it.

I reserve the right to cancel your order if payment is not made within 7 business days for PayPal or credit card, or if we have not been notified otherwise.

Orders are prepared and shipped in order of payment.
Please pay promptly, so that we may ship promptly!

Shipping

All beads are securely wrapped & shipped in a padded bubble mailer.
We ship twice weekly, via Canada Posts Ship in a Click service on Tuesdays and Fridays...
(and, occasionally, in between!)
Please be aware that Canada Post does not provide weekend service.

Delivery can take an average of one to two weeks for US destinations, and four to six weeks for international.
If you would like expedited service, please contact me for additional options.

Returns & Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, please email or call us immediately upon receipt.
If the problem was due to my error (Ive shipped the wrong item, shorted you, or whatnot!), well refund you in full.
Well do our best to rectify the situation to everyones satisfaction.
Well accept all other returns without question, however, you may be responsible for shipping and packaging fees incurred.

International customers should be aware that their country may have customs requirements that may entail payment of duties and taxes upon receipt of your purchase. All duty & related costs associated with the import of products into your country are your responsibility.
