PAYMENT
Payment is due at time of purchase. If I receive no contact regarding payment within 72 hours of the sale I reserve the right to cancel the order & relist the item. I will also take payment by money order, email money transfer & cheque, you must let me know when you send the payment via post so I can watch for its arrival.
**CANADIANS**
Due to the ever fluctuating US dollar I am offering my fellow Canadians my items at par with the US dollar amount listed (in other words, if an item is listed for $20US I will sell to Canadians at $20CAD). If you are paying by Paypal I would prefer to send you a revised Paypal invoice in Canadian funds than issuing you a refund if possible.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING via Canada Post on all items, internationally.Express shipping available upon request for an additional fee.
All items here are in stock so I ship within two business days of your payment being received. If there is a delay you will be contacted. I will contact you to confirm shipping regardless...
Delivery times are based on Canada Post shipping standards & Customs. Please allow adequate time for your item to arrive on time if it is a gift.
You are responsible for any Customs/Duty fees; however I always make sure my packages are marked as "handmade crafts" which are usually duty free.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Items listed in my Etsy Shop are FINAL SALE; they are made up of odds & ends, leftovers & unique finds I have picked up over the years, so I cannot offer replacements. Then there is the little issue of price...and the free shipping...although I always aim to please. If you are unsatisfied with anything, let's talk...I believe in treating everyone fairly.
