Studio Policies for ChelseaLynnDesigns
1) PAYMENT:
I am currently only accepting Paypal Orders.
2) SHIPPING:
My preferred Shipping method is via USPS Priority Mail within the continental United States. However, if you have a preference for UPS or FedEx, I will gladly re-calculate my Shipping charge for your specific needs! Please inquire before purchasing for Shipping costs to all other destinations, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.
All in-stock Items will be Shipped within 3-5 Business days of receipt of payment, although I generally aim to ship out the next Business day. Custom Orders ship within 3-5 Business days of completion. I will contact you by your preferred method to let you know the exact date a Custom Order was sent. All Shipping fees include Postage, Delivery Confirmation, and a USPS Tracking Number.
I am not responsible for lost packages if Delivery Confirmation shows that the package was successfully delivered to your address.
3) CUSTOM ORDERS:
I love the challenge of creating Custom Orders! If there is something you have in mind that you don't see in my shop, send me an email at glorybound@skybest.com. I will gladly work with you in creating the artwork you desire!
