Delivery is by Royal mail - 1st class within the UK
Items will be sent by airmail for destinations out with the United Kingdom.
I obtain a proof of posting receipt but cannot replace items lost in the mail. If you would like to purchase postal insurance please contact me prior to making your purchase and I'll send an updated invoice.
Refunds
I do not exchange goods but if you are unhappy with your item for any reason please get in touch straight away and I'll do my best to help. I will accept items returned within 10 days ,providing you have first contacted me and they are returned in good ,unused condition. If these conditions are met I will be happy to issue a refund of the item price .The buyer is responsible for the costs of retuning the unwanted item.
