CUSTOM WORK
When discussing custom work, I prefer to collaborate with my customers by phone, and then confirm the details through an email before proceeding. You'll have the opportunity to approve the design before I start and I'll post pictures of the finished piece before you purchase. I don't normally require a deposit for small projects that have a universal appeal. However depending on the size, level of personalization, and intricacy of a piece, I may ask for a deposit.
SHIP TO ADDRESS
If the "Ship to" addresses provided by Artfire and PayPal do not match, I will email you. I will not ship until I have a confirmed address.
GIFTS/SPECIAL MESSAGES:
If you include a short message to the recipient, in the comment section when you place your order, I will attach it before shipping.
REFUNDS
I request that any returns be made within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued through PayPal only after I receive the returned item in its original condition and suitable for resale. As the buyer, you would be responsible for all return shipping costs.
BROWSING SOLD ITEMS
When shopping, you might want to check out the items that have already sold. (Click on the shopping bag icon next to my location in the top left corner of my studio page.) If you see something in my sold pages that you'd like, chances are I can make another one for you or even customize a similar item by changing the colors, etc.
