I ship within two days of receiving payment, and usually the same day. I take returns within 7 days of receipt of product, and will gladly accept exchanges. Before returning, please consider letting me fix the problem first. I'm always happy to alter a piece to satisfy your tastes and needs, although some alterations could add to the price of the item.
