Sales tax is required from residents of PA and NY, and is figured automatically by PayPal.

Shipping
Your order is very much appreciated, and I do my best to ship as soon as payment has cleared. E-Check payment through PayPal results in a delay until the E-Check clears.

I will notify you when I ship your order, so you have an idea of when to expect it. Any order with shipping charge amounting to $5 US or more, will be shipped USPS Priority, with smaller orders shipped by USPS First Class.

If you would prefer quicker shipping, please advise me, and arrangements can be made as to additional shipping charges.

International Orders- Customs forms will be filled out with the correct purchase prices. Customer is responsible for any customs charges incurred. It is difficult to know exact shipping charges. If the amount charged is significantly higher than the actual charge, I will refund the difference. Higher shipping charges will be covered by me.

Refunds and Exchanges
Your order is packed with much care to ensure items arrive in perfect condition. If there are any problems with an order, Please let me know ASAP. Refunds will be given only for items returned in original condition, authorized by me.

Additional Policies
Custom orders are welcome. If you see a quilt or other artwork of mine, and would prefer a reproduction print or note cards instead of an original, please inquire. I do my own printing, and can even make up special order sets of Note Cards with single designs, or designs of your choosing. Just ask!

The jewelry shown in this store is only a small fraction of what I usually have available at one time, and I am always creating more, so if you see a style you like, but would like a different color or type of beading, etc. let me know.
