Payment:
Pay Pal is my preferred method of payment. Payment is expected within 48 hrs of purchase. If you are experiencing trouble placing your order/making your PayPal payment, please let me know. I am happy to work with you. Please be kind and honest.

Shipping:
Shipping varies per item. Shipping charges are listed with each item. Multiple purchase discounts gladly offered. All orders will be sent within 3 business days upon completion of order/payment. I am in Norway and ship international air mail. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery, dependent on your location. For European customers, please allow at least 7-10 business days for delivery. I ship anywhere and everywhere! Insurance is not available--sorry.

Returns, Refund, Exchanges:
My goal is to insure that you, my customer, are happy with your purchase and wish to return again to my shop. If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact me as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hrs of receipt of your package. I will refund purchase price of item via PayPal, minus shipping charges. I would appreciate the items returned to me. I cannot take responsibility for late, lost or damaged packages.

Custom Orders:
I love custom orders and would like to create something special for you, or for a gift recipient! See something you like, but would like it in a different color, size, etc.--please ask! Contact me for details and we'll work together on a special creation just for you! Custom orders will be listed in the shop with customer name, and I will let you know when the order is ready for purchase via the shop. All sales on custom orders are final.
