Once I've received confirmation of your payment your purchase will go out to you with an e-mail to you to confirm shipment. I prefer to ship via UPS, for smaller items USPS Priority Mail. If you prefer a different carrier, please let me know and I'll make it happen for you. If the shipping costs are higher than what you paid, I'll refund the excess. I take great care in packing to make sure that your purchase arrives unbroken. Damages do happen, unfortunately, and if when you receive your shipment there is damage, broken or chipped, please convo me asap so that I can file the claim. Your choice refund or replacement.
My goal is to make you happy. If you are not 100% thrilled with your purchase - do not hesitate to contact me. Not a problem returning the item. Just send me a convo first. Time-frame for returns is 14 days from the date that you received the item. You will be refunded the cost of the piece not to include shipping charges.
