I really don't have any extensive policies. If you aren't happy just let me know and I'll take care of you. If you want to send your item back I'll refund you the cost of the item minus what you paid for shipping. I only sell items that I would want to wear, I'm a little bit of a protectionist when it comes to my work and I don't post items that I don't think are worthy.
