As a "release" from my machine quilting, I often turn to crochet. I'm a self-taught crocheter...and love to experiement with various fibers and techniques. One of my favorite processes is that of felting wool.
I am the sole operator of a longarm machine quilting service. I have been machine quilting for hire since 1993...and have been very serious and full-time since 2000.
I began machine quilting when there were very few of us in my home state of North Dakota. So everything that I've learned...has been self-taught and often, trial and error.
I share my home with my wonderful husband of 20+ years...my incredible son and two amazing daughters...and one lucky dog!
