If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your October's Child hand-created item...you will be refunded your purchase price, LESS the shipping. This must be done within 10 days of initial purchase date.
Please contact October's Child first. Then, return item in complete, sellable condition. Upon its arrival back at the October's Child studio, you will be refunded ONLY the item price.
