We ship daily. I ship all items First Class with Delivery Confirmation.
Due to the personal nature of our products we cannot take returns. But if you have a quality problem please contact me so we can work it out because I want you to be happy with your purchase.
All fabrics are washed in hot water with soap nuts and dried on high heat before sewing so future shrinkage and fading will be minimal. Our home is smoke-free. We do have a small dog. If you have pet allergies please wash your pads before use.
All our products are handmade and may therefore not be perfect, but any flaws will not affect the serviceability of our products, and may even add to the charm of a handmade item;).
There are several ways to care for cloth pads, personally I don't soak mine anymore, I fold them up and store them until I do laundry(at the end of my cycle), then I unsnap and soak them in cold water in the washing machine(with a little OxiClean), let it drain and spin and then treat any stains with a stain remover(ecover is my favorite), then wash and dry. Never use fabric softener, a bit of white vinegar in the rinse will soften and sanitize. Some women use tea tree oil in the rinse to sanitize, also. If you prefer to soak your pads rinse them in cold water until the water runs clear and then soak them in cold water, changing the water daily, until wash day. Then run them through the spin cycle, treat any stains and wash and dry. Please remember that soaking for too long can cause a musty smell so wash as soon as possible after your cycle ends.
I do take custom orders, just send me a message or e-mail and we can work out the details.
