PassionForBeads is not responsible for any extra customs or duties imposed on a purchase levied by a receiving country on overseas shipments.

Return Policies:
I will only accept returns for damaged items from shipping and handling at buyer's expense. Please check your shipping carefully upon receiving and contact me immediately if you find your shipment is being damaged. I will replace and ship out the same item at my early convenient at seller's expense.

There is no refund or return on all custom made items unless they are damaged during shipping and handling.
