All jewelry is shipped USPS First Class Mail within two business days of receiving cleared payment. Priority mail is available upon request.

* U.S. - $3.95 for first item. Each additional item is $.95

* Canada and Mexico - $4.95 for the first item. Each additional item is $1.95

* All Other Countries - Please contact me for rates.



~ RETURN POLICY ~

Your complete satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me. If you are dissatisfied for any reason you may return your jewelry items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping costs. Jewelry must be returned in the same new and unused condition that it was received in. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.



~ SPECIAL REQUESTS ~

I understand we all come in a variety of sizes and sometimes have specific needs and/or preferences when it comes to our jewelry. If you see a jewelry piece you like but need it in a different size...maybe a shorter or longer length or perhaps a different type of clasp, please feel free to contact me at ItsAJewelryThing@aol.com describing your exact needs and I will do my best to accommodate your request. Customer is responsible for return shipping (if request is made after initial shipment) plus the cost of any additional supplies needed such as additional beads, wire, a new or different clasp, etc. to complete the adjustment to your jewelry item. There will be no charge for my labor of requested adjustments.
