It is my goal to make you, the customer, happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let me know the reason, send it back to me within 24 hours of receipt and Ill refund your purchase price plus shipping after receiving the product back in sale-able condition.

I typically ship through UPS Ground, so any addresses need to be physical addresses since UPS wont ship to P.O. Boxes. Need your order expedited? Just let me know, and we can upgrade your shipping at no extra cost.

For custom items, the fee and shipping is non-refundable. I also would ask for the right to at least show the completed item as part of my portfolio, and sell prints of the item, depending on the circumstances.
