~ Currently I only accept Paypal.
Shipping
~ I ship all items within 48 hours of payment clearance.
~ I ship by USPS, unless I find it is more cost effective for you another way.
~ I will select the fastest shipping plan within the price range of your shipping cost charged. Please bear with me as I learn the ropes with shipping costs. It is very important to me to use the shipping cost to your advantage.
Return Policy
~ PDF Patterns are NOT returnable.
~ If you are unhappy with a purchase, contact me first with your concern and I will do my best to fix any problems.
~ You may return any handmade item within 30 days of purchase ONLY if the item is faulty or damaged. Please be kind and contact me first before any action is made.
~ It is very important to me that my customers are happy with the items I make. I will do everything within my power to work through ANY problems you might have.
