SHIPPING
Shipping will be combined to a certain extent, depending on size and number of items. All items are shipped by USPS First-Class Mail unless otherwise requested. In the event that you would like an item to be shipped via another method, please contact me so we can work out shipping prior to making a payment. Also, shipping insurance is available, just ask!

PAYMENT
PayPal is accepted. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use PayPal. Payment is requested within 3 business days of sale. If payment is not received, or if you do not contact us, within 3 business days, the sale will be canceled and the item re-listed.

RETURNS
Due to the nature of bath & body products, all sales on those items are final. However, your happiness is important, so if you do have an issue with your purchase, please contact me and I'll see what I can do for you. For all other items, returns are accepted within 7 days of reception of package, but please contact me to let me know why you are returning your item first.

COMMISSIONS
Many of my home-goods items are one of a kind (OOAK) but can be replicated upon request. All crocheted items are available in any color or material combination of your choice, but prices will vary and I will need on average two weeks to create your personalized item. Please feel free to contact me about making something specially for you!

As for bath & body goods, if I am out of a scent that you like, please tell me what you'd like to see again and I will contact you as soon as I have restocked.
