Upon ordering an item, please note that it will take at least two weeks for delivery. All shipping is 12.00. There are no refunds, but we can do exchanges for equal or lesser value. Just send back the item and we will send the exchanged item back to you!
If an item is a custom made piece, said item will not be available for exchanges.
