Payment
Payment must be received within 24 hours. I accept Paypal, credit cards as well as money orders. If sending a money order, please notify me within 24 hours so I do not relist and cancel your sale. Any unpaid item will be relisted and the sale cancelled. Thank you for understanding.

Shipping
I ship within 24-48 hours of received payment for all instock items. Shipping options will be described and listed in each individual auction. Insurance is always optional and highly recommended. I will ship worldwide, but please contact me before purchasing for a quote.
Any custom made or dyed item will ship on average(although usually sooner) within 7 days from payment.

Refunds and Exchanges
No refunds or exchanges. If there is an issue, please contact me and I will handle each case on a case to case basis. If there is an error on my part, refund or exchange will gladly be given. Please read item descriptions carefully! **Please note: I have become aware that one of the adhesives I was using may not hold properly. This problem has since been corrected. If any of your items have come loose, please contact me for a replacement. Thank you.
