Studio Policies for MadeByMidnight
I currently accept only Paypal. You DO NOT need a Paypal account to use a credit card. Simply choosing the Paypal payment option will give you the option to pay via credit card without having to create a Paypal account.
Payment is expected (and appreciated!) when you place your order, however if payment is not received within 2 days, I'll send a gentle reminder. If payment has not cleared within 2 days of the reminder, your order will be canceled and the design will be re-listed.
Work will begin on your images once payment has cleared and you have sent the pertinent information needed. I will get the first rough drafts (with watermarks) to you within 24 hours, usually much sooner though. Your final images will be sent (without watermarks) as soon as you approve the images, however I offer unlimited revisions to ensure you are 100% happy with your order, therefor final delivery time will depend on your happiness with the first watermarked drafts I send you. :D
I offer unlimited revisions to ensure you will be 100% happy with your final results. If for some reason you're *gulp* not satisfied with my work, you may request a refund or exchange for another design at any time during the revision phase, however once you have notified me that you are satisfied with the end results and I hit the "send" button to send you your final images without the watermarks, no refunds or exchanges will be made or given.

Unless otherwise stated, each design is OOAK and will be ALL YOURS... they will not be resold. I do however reserve the right to alter/reuse elements used in sold images to create new and different designs. I also reserve the right retain and show your final images as work I've done in the past (will always include watermarks to prevent theft).
If you'd also like to include with your order a blog banner, website banner, etc. in the same design, please feel free to contact me the specs/dimensions you need and I'd be delighted to quote a price for the package plus the add-on and if you approve, I'll post a reserved listing just for you.
Custom orders: Due to the time involved in taking on a custom order, extra charges most likely will ensue. Please feel free to ask for an estimate BEFORE you place an order, and give me as detailed of a description of your wishes as possible so that I can estimate accurately. After we have discussed the price, I request at least HALF the total purchase price as down payment, this is non-refundable and work will not begin in earnest until the down payment has been remitted.
*I sometimes use images and elements in my graphics that have been both purchased and generously granted freely for public/commercial use and are royalty free at the time I obtained them. Some of my favorite artists are, but not limited to: Gunhilde Storeide, CreationsByJamie, DesignerScraps, DeliciousScraps, RebeccaConner@TwinMomScraps, AMarbleCircle, the ScrapDoctor aka Jeanie Hertz, Anne Schlegel, SpritSigh, ObsidianDawn, lailomeiel, ColorGallery, CrazyKira... and many many more. I'm still working on this list as a vast majority of such elements I've had for quite a while before I decided to sell my designs, so please bear with me as I add to it, I intend to give credit where credit is due. :D
