Payment

I accept Paypal or money orders. If you are going to pay by money order please be sure to let me know when to expect your payment, so I can work with you to make sure your fiber is not re-listed for non-payment. Paypal funds are due within 72 hours of sale. Please let me know if there are any issues and I will do my best to aid you.





Shipping

I prefer to ship within the US by USPS Priority Mail and Internationally by First Class. If you want a different method please feel free to Convo me, and Ill see what we can work out. I make a point to refund excess shipping costs since some items weigh less than others and Etsy will only allow me to adjust second items, not third or less, so never fear that you are being overcharged!



I ship every Tuesday and Friday, and will message you to let you know when your package has hit the mailbox, so you can start the anticipation clock for real.



All of my shipments are packaged using recyclable and compostable packing materials. The only exceptions to this rule are USPS envelopes and a strip or two of tape. Otherwise feel free to reuse, reduce and recycle with comfort!





Refunds and Exchanges

Since all my items are hand dyed and/or hand spun theres no exchanges possible. Refunds, minus postage, are possible as long as the fiber is returned to me in its original condition. If you are unhappy with your fiber please message me and lets discuss how to make it right. I want you to be as happy with your fiber as I am.
