Due to the nature of products offered at this time I cannot except exchanges. However I strive to make a quality batch every time. If for whatever reason you are displeased please contact me so that we can work out a solution. My focus is always on customer satisfaction!
Any order received will be shipped within 2-3 business days. I do strive to get orders out the next business day. However this is not guaranteed.
I am in no way responsible for lost orders. If you would like insurance please let me know.
My preferred shipping method is USPS. I will make sure that your order is packaged and sent to you in the most economical way. Any overage over the amount of 50 cents will be refunded to you. Also note that at times I may reuse packaging materials. So if your package looks a little abused it is only because I am attempting to be kind to Mother Earth.
The cost of Delivery Confirmation will be included in the shipping costs. A tracking number can be supplied upon request.
If you are an international customer, please be aware of the rules and restrictions concerning your particular country. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any custom dues, etc. If the cost of shipping seems a bit excessive, please note that anything in excess of 50 cents is refunded.
Also, in an effort to keep waste to a minimum I do not provide a printed invoice in shipments. If you require an invoice please contact me and I would be more than happy to oblige.
