Studio Policies for WeeKnit
Welcome to WeeKnit!
Payment
We prefer Paypal, but will also accept money orders.
Your order will usually ship within 7 days once your payment has been completed. Custom orders may take longer. If you need your order sooner, please contact us and we will try to work within your timeframe if possible.
If your payment has not been received within 7 days, your order will be cancelled unless other arrangements have been made.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. We want to keep shipping as affordable as possible for you. If you are going to order 5 or more finger puppet sets, contact us and we will create a custom listing for you with a bulk shipping rate. (Once we hit the $5.95 mark, we can ship quite a few more sets for that same amount.) This may also apply if you're combining different items such as egglets and puppets. So if these situations apply to you, please contact us.
International buyers should be informed that it is their responibility to be aware of and responsible for any customs charges. While all buyers should be aware that shipping times vary, it is possible for international orders to become tied up in customs. While it is rare, it does happen and can delay an order. So while I will do my best to ship your orders promptly, please know that once the package leaves my hands I too am at the mercy of the post office and their employees.
