Studio Policies for designbywills

Thank you for taking the time to look at our shop policies! We appreciate your business.
Payment
At this time Paypal is the only method of payment accepted. You do not need to sign up for Paypal to pay with a credit card. Payment must be made within 3 days. If no payment is received, we will attempt to contact the buyer via ArtFire. If there is no response within 24 hours we will cancel the order and relist the item. If any special arrangements need to be made please feel free to contact designbywills. We will do are best to help.
Shipping
We will make every effort to ship your item as soon as possible after payment. Please allow us 1-3 days for packaging and shipping.
At this time we are only shipping domestically.
All orders will be shipped via USPS First Class with delivery confirmation. If you need the item quicker, designbywills can upgrade but the buyer is responsible for paying the difference. Please send a message and let us know if you need it quicker and we will find out how much more it will be.
Refunds and Exchanges
Design by Wills does not accept returns.
If an item is received damaged or broken please contact us within 7 days and we will be happy to give you either store credit, or, if possible, the item remade.
