Refunds are available for Non Custom Made Items, only for items already made and ready for shipping.
Refunds are not available for custom orders.

Due to increase of fabrics and supplies prices may increase without warning.
Custom orders are as is and are dealt by case by case. We use part of the price on the custom orders to order necessary materials to make the item. Custom Orders are non refundable.

We ship with the fallowing:
United States Postal Service (USPS): We also have flat rate boxes for certain mutable orders e-mail us before purchasing mutable items.
We use UPS and Fed Ex on certain orders for instance our chain mail armor and heavier items. If a customer prefers these services instead please e-mail us before purchasing to get you a quote!

We accept PayPal, Google Checkout, and Postal Money Orders.
PayPal and Google Checkout we can accept credit and debit cards.
Online payments are due within 24 hours of check out. Once payment is cleared orders are processed.
Postal money orders are due within 8 days of mail days (not including holidays when mail does not run).
