PAYMENT:
Payment should be made via Paypal (only) AT THE TIME OF YOUR PURCHASE. If paying with an Echeck - please be aware that your order will not ship until the payment clears.
I understand that sometimes in our busy lives things can get a little hectic. If payment is not received within 24 hours of purchase, I'll send you a friendly reminder to complete the order. If no payment is received within 3 days, the item will be re-listed.
Items will ship within 48 hours after receipt of cleared payment.

SHIPPING:
Large items (monkeys/gift sets)shipped within the UNITED STATES are sent via USPS-PRIORITY Mail (2-3 days.) Smaller items (cards/buttons/jewelry) are sent via USPS-FIRST CLASS (3-5 days)
Items sent EVERYWHERE ELSE (International) are sent via USPS- First-Class Mail International Package. (The estimated delivery VARIES. Typically 10-14 days.) Contact me with questions regarding delivery to your area. Any expedited deliveries will result in an increase in shipping fees and a price quote will be made available upon request.
***LOST and DAMAGED ITEMS****
I take every measure to make sure items are packed well to prevent damage upon delivery. Let me know before purchase if you would like to purchase additional INSURANCE for your order and I'll make the necessary adjustments.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
I strive to provide detailed descriptions with clear photographs and measurements of items so you know EXACTLY what to expect when your order arrives.
In the event that you are completely dissatisfied with your order, you MUST CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY. Requests made after 7 days (U.S.) or 14 days (EVERYWHERE ELSE) of shipment will not be allowed. Returned orders will be handled on a 'case-by-case' basis in exchange for In-Store Credit. Items returned will be at the buyer's expense and must be received in original condition.

All personal information provided to 'hoffee and a nuffin' will remain strictly confidential. I do not sell, trade, or share any personal information.
CUSTOM ORDERS
If you have something specific in mind or like an item that has previously sold, send me a message and we'll work together to create your treasure. Orders are subject to availability of supplies on hand. Please allow five business days for the completion of your order before the item is ready for delivery. A pricing "rule of thumb" for all sock monkeys/animals: SOCK MONKEY BABY TOYS, $20.00; BASIC SOCK MONKEYS size SMALL, $30.00; BASIC SOCK MONKEYS size MEDIUM-EX LARGE, $35.00; anything with HAIR, an additional $10.00; clothes/costumes, an additional $15.00. Keep in mind that several hours (and lots of love and attention to detail) go into making each animal. A $5.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required on all orders with PERSONALIZATION (names/dates, etc.)
WHOLESALE
I do not make items for wholesale purchase.
RECYCLING
I try to recycle whenever possible so there's a good chance that the package used to ship your item MAY have served another purpose at some point in time. I only use packages in top condition and wrap them so they are neat upon receipt.
