PAYMENT
I accept payment by Paypal. For local (Singaporean) customers, payment via Internet banking or ATM transfers to bank account is accepted. Bank details would be provided in the purchase confirmation email.
PACKAGING
Your jewelry piece will be carefully placed in a plastic packet and protected with bubble wrap. The item is then put in a gift box with ribbons and shipped to you in a bubble mailer.
You should retain the plastic packet provided to store your jewelry piece, which is the ideal way to prevent your items from tarnishing.
SHIPPING
I ship via Singapore Post REGISTERED mail and will provide an article registration number for your easy tracking here: http://www.singpost.com/ra/ra_article_status.asp. (Please note that tracking may not be available for all countries.)
Shipping will be made within 3 business days after payment has been received.
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for delivery of Singapore orders and about 8 to 14 business days for delivery of international orders from the date of shipment.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
I am committed to work with you to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your package.
A review will be made on a case-by-case basis and I will gladly issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) if necessary. An exchange or a refund will be made if you have received damaged goods in the mail.
If a refund is made, you will be required to return the item at your own cost in a new and unused condition as in the original state that was sent before the refund can be issued. The refund will be made promptly upon receipt of the returned item.
If an exchange is made, you will be required to return the item at your own cost as mentioned above, and the replacement will be sent to you at no extra charge (including shipping).
Refunds are not applicable to sale items.
OTHER FAQ - TAKING CARE OF YOUR JEWELRY
Please store each jewelry piece in the airtight plastic packet provided to prevent items from tarnishing. Jewelry pieces should be stored separately from one another.
Please keep them from contact with water and avoid wearing them if you are playing sports, or working in the garden. We recommend that you wear your jewelry pieces last when dressing and remove them first when you reach home.
