Studio Policies for apatico

Items will all ship via USPS Priority Mail unless you have a different preference. I like to use the post office because I have access to one that is 24/7 (!!!).

I will notify you when your order is ready to be shipped!

If you have any questions, if you need your item by a specific date, if you require a different method of shipping, or have any other special requests, please please please contact me before you place an order! Otherwise I may not be able to meet them!

I will accept returns and refunds if there is a serious problem with your item, such as a problem with construction or if I screwed up on my end (made it in the wrong fabric or color, etc). If it arrives damaged, let me know, because that is why packages are shipped insured. I won't accept a return for something that doesn't fit correctly based on the measurements you provide, for something that you decide doesn't suit you, or something you decide you no longer want. However, I'm always willing to work with you to fix any problem because I want you to be happy and LOVE your Apatico item! If a return/refund is issued, the item must be unworn ("just tried on" condition is fine!)
